The present Conditions of Use govern the relationship between the company BICOT, located in Luanda - Angola, which is the owner of the Website www.Angola-arts.com and the client, whose customer information is inserted in BICOT's website www.angola-arts.com (hereinafter referred as "Angola-arts.com").
BICOT applies this Conditions of use to individuals, companies or organizations in scope of their private, commercial or self-employment professional activities.

Your order represents an offer to us of the conclusion of a purchase contract. If you give up an order with Angola-arts.com, we send you an email that confirms your order was received and confirms the details of your order and thereafter we confirm the receipt of your payment.
The purchase contract will be concluded with sending the goods including the related invoice to the customer. Please note that we sell our products only in reasonable retail quantities.

We use PayPal as our partner to receive payments. Customers can use their free of charge PayPal account and pay with different credit cards, by bank transfer or other payment methods.

All the product prices are in United States Dollar (USD). Alternatively the corresponding amount in Euro will be displayed. The total amount charged will be composed of the price of the product and the shipping costs.

The amount to pay will be calculated according your order placed in the shopping cart. The payments are advance payments. We use PayPal as our partner. This gives you the possibility for a secure and fast payment using different credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express etc.; bank transfers or other payment methods according your country.

We accept direct payments in 16 different currencies mentioned below. The total invoice amount will be presented in USD or alternatively in Euro. Transfers in these currencies can be done directly, transfers in other currencies must be calculated using the official selling exchange rate of the transfer day for the USD. Together with the goods you will receive an original invoice.

Whenever you need to change the order, please contact us using the following email address:
orders@angola-arts.com and please give us your order number as reference. We will look up your order and process the change for you. However the change must be communicated before the goods are shipped.

You can cancel your contract before shipment without reasons in text form (for example email or letter) and after shipment within 30 days, or through return of the goods. The period begins at the earliest with receipt of the goods. In case of retraction the goods must be sent back and the paid invoice amount will be back-granted. You may return new, unopened items sold by Angola-Arts.com within 30 days from receipt for a full refund. Items should be returned in their original packaging. We’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received for example an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Customs fees are not refundable.
If you received a faulty item and need to exchange it for the same item, please communicate to us the request for replacement. Items that are opened or returned more than 30 days after receipt will receive a partial refund. As these are case to case decisions we will communicate the relevant percentage of refund accordingly.

All items purchased from Angola-arts.com are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss for such items pass to the customer upon our delivery to the carrier.
